Cosequin Maximum Strength Joint Supplement - 132 Count

I have an older large dog who was having some joint problems. I started giving her 3 tabs a day in a biscuit each morning. After a few days she was getting around very well apparently pain free. She now getting 2 tabs a day and is running around like there was.never a problem.

Shortly after adopting our senior Bichon-mix we noticed that Lucy was in pain after a walk. We got a little scared and ended up taking her to an emergency vet and it turned out that Lucy had sprained or pulled a muscle in her back. At the time, we did not have any supplements in her daily routine, but the vet at the emergency clinic recommended this Nutramax brand of supplements. After laying low for a while (no jumping!) and adding these supplements to Lucy's regimen, we were able to see improvements relatively quickly. Lucy hasn't had any issues with pain anymore and she's able to still act like a puppy, even at 13. Overall, I would recommend these supplements for your dog, whether young or old, as it seems to work and was highly recommended by my vet.

I bought these as a last alternative to putting down my beloved 13 year old dobie/lab mix. She has been inactive except for going potty for months due to hip pain. After a few weeks she brought me her ball, something she hasn’t done for 6 months.I took it outside, wanting to see how she was doing, and threw it as far as I could. She RAN to fetch it and we played another 15 minutes before we were both winded. Thank you for bringing my precious dog back to me, I am disabled and depend on her company.

Have been giving to my 11 year old Collie who during the winter started struggling to stand after laying on the floor. He's been taking it for about 5 weeks at maintenance dose of 2-1/2 tabs per day. Jack Russell, also 11, gets 1/2 tab although she's really not showing any signs of problems yet. Although there hasn't been any huge change with Collie, he is getting up and down more often and does seem to struggle less. Of course I can't really accurately judge degree of pain relief. Both dogs readily eat the tabs and it is easy to split the 3rd one between them. No adverse effects for either dog. I feel price is fair and shipping was quick. I would recommend them for any older dogs and plan to continue ordering them for my fur babies. At this dosage, the 132 count bottle they will last 6 weeks+

I cant speak for the dogs but I started giving these to my dachshund when she quit wanting to hop up onto the couch, and within a few days she seemed back to normal. Zoomies for treats and jumping up onto her pillow perch atop the couch. They must taste yummy because all of our dogs eat them straight like it's a treat. I thought we would have to hide them in food like a pill, but they look forward to their glucosamine. We even did a human taste test we were so convinced they were delicious, but I would prefer mine wrapped in some ham.
