Immune Support Supplement for Cats - 120 Count

Works wonders for our cat. When we adopted Cami from the shelter they forgot to mention that she had "allergies". Roughly every 5-6 month's Cami goes to the vet and gets a long acting Shot that calms her allergies down. Between visits we giver her the Lysine bites and they help a LOT. For about the first month after she's had the shot she's not very enthusiastic over the Lysine bites; the longer the time grows from the shot the more she wants them. Our Vet has said they help extend the time needed between shots, that she has a few Cat Clients that have to get the shot on a monthly basis.

My cat has had lungworm before I got him (he was found as a stray abandoned in a field) and is extremely prone to coughing fits during allergy season as well as respiratory infections during the winter months. A vet recommended lysine, and I've been using this product consistently over a year. This last winter, he did not get sick or have any infections, and allergy season has seen significantly less coughing fits. This will definitely be a continued purchase for my cat. Only complaint is that the treats are pretty smelly, and I have to break them into smaller pieces as my cat doesn't chew his food. They are large, but very soft for cats who don't bolt down their meals.

Vet recommended and our kitty loves it! Update 3/14/17: we started giving this to our kitties as two of ours got eye ulcers, something that can be a genetic defect. They are siblings, so we started giving these supplements to all of the kitties (we have 7 rescues, 4 from the same family). Lysine is a preventative supplement, and clearly it is working, as we have not had an ulcer issue in almost 2 years. Although it is a little pricey feeding them this daily, it is much, much less expensive that multiple trips to see a specialist, and it is worth it to avoid having our kitties suffer.

Both of my cats get eye infections occasionally due to the feline herpes virus. These work really well in helping clear up the infection, plus my cats love them. I give them one chew (broken in half), twice daily, to keep them in check and make sure they stay healthy. So far so good. Price is right too. Don't even bother purchasing them at your vet, they are double the price!

Best anti-viral supplement for cats and kittens. They are in the shape of fish. This is the only supplement my youngest cat would eat. He gets upper respiratory infection often, since we started giving it to him, he stopped being sick. It was recommended by our vet. And it's ok to give to kittens, the bites are soft and you can easily break them in parts to give to a kitten or small cat like my Alex. But he has no issue chewing the whole thing :) need to buy more as we ran out because I give it to my other cats too to keep the whole URI from breaking viral lolI am a repeated customer and love this product
